Ammar Imtiaz, AI developer

I am Ammar Imtiaz, an independent AI developer. I build AI agents, AI automation, CRM integrations and the web applications that tie them together, and I write the code myself. There is no agency behind me and no subcontractors.

Most automation people cannot build the application, and most application developers cannot architect the automation. My work sits across both. Over four years I have built for more than thirty businesses in legal, medical, e-commerce, SaaS and government contracting, working remotely with clients worldwide.

What I build

  • AI agents and multi-agent systems that research, qualify, draft and act, with step limits, logging and human approval where it matters. More in what an AI agent developer builds.
  • AI automation on n8n, Make and Zapier, including Zapier to n8n migrations.
  • CRM integration, architecture and migration across GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign, Close and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • API integration and ETL pipelines that keep data in sync between the systems a business already runs.
  • Voice AI agents on VAPI, Retell AI and ElevenLabs, with escalation to a person.
  • AI applications and SaaS on Next.js, React, TypeScript, Supabase, PostgreSQL, Stripe and Clerk. The process is in how an AI app gets built.

Systems running in production

  • Pagetive: an adaptive landing page builder where every block can be rewritten per audience.
  • GovQon (formerly BidStrike, acquired): a government contracting platform that monitors six federal, state, local and grant sources, scores each solicitation from 0 to 100 and drafts compliant proposals.
  • Self-Selling Conversational AI Bot: an AI agent builder that turns a business website into a working voice and chat agent, and sells itself through cold email.
  • Outreach System: done-for-you outreach at volume across subdomains and lookalike domains, testing perspectives, offers and a landing page per campaign.
  • Content Engine: deep market and trend research through to published SEO blog posts, social posts, images and video ads.

Each one is opened up in the systems section of the homepage.

I publish the tools I extract from client work. There are 27 public repositories on GitHub, including a production n8n workflow library, 20 terminal research tools and 20 AI copywriting tools.

How I work

I take on builds rather than retainers. I quote after seeing the stack, never before, because most of the cost of an AI build sits in edge cases nobody raises on a first call. You own the code, the accounts and the documentation at the end. If you are weighing who to hire, I wrote eight checks to run before you hire an AI developer, and you are welcome to run them on me.

Have something that needs building?

Bring the process that is breaking. Book a call and we will work out in twenty minutes whether it needs AI, plain automation, or neither.
